Self Regeneration of a Comprehensive Bony Defect and Mandibular Nerve Following Mandibular Resection

Few cases of spontaneous bone regeneration after extensive resection the jaw have been reported, but there are not too many reports that show nerve regeneration. In this case, we report and healing in a 67-year-old female patient. She was diagnosed with medication-related osteonecrosis due to previous bisphosphonate use. After segmental resection, stabilization achieved using reconstruction plate. Three years later, panoramic radiography taken, formation seen horizontally vertically, around plate on upside. More than that, patient didn't feel her low lip since operation as expected. But 6 months, routine check-ups, she discerns feeling lower again from There is approximately 60% sensation compared right side.
